1Return Policy
In Store Return Policy: We hope you love your purchase; however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days you may exchange or receive store credit. Exchanges are subject to item availability. All exchanges are final sale. Online Store Return Authorization: Jack Jerome at jackjerome@jackjerome.com or call Jack Jerome at (206) 524-5225 within 7 days of delivery to make a return. You will be issued a return authorization number. A UPS electronic return label will be emailed to you for your return shipment. Please Note: All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of your receipt date and prior to your stated wear date. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 30 days of your receipt date, shipped on or following your stated wear date and/or without a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense. Returned goods must be returned in original condition. We 100% inspect all items we ship out to insure there are no damages. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, and must have all original tags attached and be in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special Order Items: Special orders are orders for items that are not in stock and are not scheduled to come into stock. A Jack Jerome representative will notify you prior to confirming your order if the item that you have chosen is not in stock. You will be offered the option to place a special order. Once a special order is confirmed there will be no option for a return, exchange, or cancellation. Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 30% re-stocking fee. All International Orders are Final Sale. All Sale Merchandise Purchases are Final Sale. All Jewelry & Accessory Purchases are Final Sale. In-Store Return Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchange or “In Store” credit only, within 7 days with receipt. Garment must show no signs of being worn and tags must be attached.
2What is your loyalty reward program?
