All orders outside our local Seattle delivery zone are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of order placement (Monday–Friday). Weekend orders ship the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
White-Glove, No-Contact Local Delivery (Seattle)
Customers in the following Seattle zip codes — 98105, 98115, 98112, 98103, and 98102 — are eligible for our complimentary white-glove, no-contact delivery service. Items are often delivered the same business day. Weekend orders are delivered the following Monday.

Prefer to pick up in person? Select "Curbside Pick-Up" at checkout. Orders are typically ready the next business day between 10am – 4pm, and we'll email you as soon as your item is ready.
